Kristopher A. Boushie, President and LLC Managing Member of Quantus Consulting® LLC. He has over 26 years of experience in financial and litigation consulting, with an emphasis on forensic valuation issues, and over 19 years of experience focused on intellectual property matters. Mr. Boushie consults with clients on intellectual property and business valuations, intellectual asset management, royalty auditing, and other financial and accounting-related issues in areas such as cost assignment and allocation and forensic accounting. His expertise includes the analysis and preparation of damages estimates in the areas of intellectual property infringement, antitrust, distributorship terminations, contract disputes, and tort claims. He has been named as an expert in a number of cases and has provided expert arbitration and deposition testimony.
Mr. Boushie is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Virginia. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (AICPA) and Certified in Financial Forensics (AICPA). Kyle L. Hoff is a Senior Litigation Manager and LLC Member of Quantus Consulting® LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in financial and litigation consulting, with over 12 years focused on intellectual property matters. His expertise includes the analysis and preparation of damages estimates in the areas of intellectual property infringement, antitrust, distributorship terminations, contract disputes, and tort claims. Mr. Hoff consults with clients on intellectual property matters and financial-related issues.

Gary M. Roush is Senior Director and LLC Member of Quantus Consulting® LLC. He has over 35 years of litigation, valuation, public accounting, and consulting experience. Mr. Roush’s litigation experience includes the calculation and analysis of damages in a wide variety of commercial cases and the analysis of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and taxation issues in commercial and securities cases and in corporate and governmental investigations. Mr. Roush consults with clients on U.S. and International financial reporting, accounting and auditing issues, and on cost assignment and allocation matters. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, and forensic accounting and investigation. He is often called upon to testify on these matters in federal and state courts. He has been qualified as an expert witness in the United States Federal District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and various Maryland and Virginia courts. .

Douglas C. Allen is the President and Managing Principal of Douglas C. Allen, P.A. Mr. Allen has over 25 years of experience providing consulting services in complex commercial transactions and disputes. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (Massachusetts and Vermont) and is a Registered Patent Agent. Mr. Allen received both a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College.
